• In Basic Settings, you can add your contact channels.

  

• Click on the channel to modify it, add a handle, name, and label, also upload an image, and turn on/off chat box.

  

• Also, modify the content for the top section of the widget:

• chat title

• chat subtitle

• chat description

• In Advanced Settings, turn on/off additional options, like welcome message, chat position, chat label, and number of pending messages.
• Additionally, choose the chat icon and adjust spacing.

• On the Appearance tab, change the sizes of icon and container, add colors & gradients, and modify bubble styles.
